These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User", "you" or "your") and the operator of the doan55 platform (hereinafter referred to as "doan55", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://doan55.cam and any associated services, products, tools or features provided therein (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise using any feature of doan55, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. To register and maintain an Account on doan55, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by your applicable jurisdiction or the operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to verify this before registering.
• You must not be a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction as designated by the operator from time to time.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, agent or close associate of doan55 or any of its affiliated companies, where such participation would be restricted by policy.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling platforms or subject to a court or regulatory order restricting your participation in gambling activities.

Each User may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether through different email addresses, identities or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You are required to notify doan55 promptly of any changes to your registration details. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. doan55 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

• Do not share your account password with any third party.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Use a strong, unique password combining letters, numbers and special characters.

Your use of the doan55 Platform is subject to the following general conditions of use, which apply at all times:

• The Platform is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any commercial exploitation of the Platform or its content is prohibited without express written consent from the operator.
• You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable local, national and international laws and regulations.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the entirety of funds deposited. doan55 does not guarantee any return on wagers placed.

All deposits to a doan55 Account must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name and which you are legally authorised to use. The acceptance of deposits via third-party accounts, anonymous payment methods or unverified sources is prohibited.

doan55 provides educational context on payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including references to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These references are informational only. doan55 does not represent that any of these providers supports, endorses or permits the use of their services for gambling transactions. Users must independently verify that their chosen payment method is available in the Platform cashier and that its use complies with the provider's own terms and applicable law.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the active cashier at the time of transaction.

• Bonus conditions: If an active bonus balance is present, the applicable wagering requirement must be fulfilled before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. All such offers are subject to specific promotional terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotional terms and these Terms, the promotional terms shall take precedence in relation to the specific offer.

The following general principles apply to all bonus offers on doan55:

• Wagering Requirements: Every bonus carries a wagering requirement. This must be fulfilled before any winnings associated with the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each promotional offer.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus balance is active, a maximum bet limit applies per spin, round or event. Exceeding this limit may result in the cancellation of the bonus and forfeiture of associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino, table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. A full game contribution table is available in the bonus terms for each specific offer.

• Minimum Deposit: Where applicable, a minimum qualifying deposit is required to activate a bonus. This is stated in the individual promotional terms.

The following general rules apply to all sports bets and casino wagers placed on the doan55 Platform:

• All bets are placed in real money and are binding once confirmed by the system. Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of their selections, stake amounts and odds before confirming any wager.
• doan55 reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical error, data feed failure or pricing error. Users will be notified and the stake returned in such circumstances.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or removed without notice due to events occurring during a match. Bets already confirmed at the time of suspension are honoured under the applicable rules for that market type.
• Settlement of sports betting markets is based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body. For cricket markets, this includes results as officially confirmed by the ICC, PCB or the relevant national board — though doan55 has no official relationship with these bodies.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the doan55 Platform. Any User found to have engaged in any of the behaviours listed below may have their Account immediately suspended or permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter referred to the relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Creating or operating more than one Account (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, altered, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated bots, scripting tools, artificial intelligence or any other mechanical means to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Engaging in collusion with other users to manipulate outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Exploiting pricing errors, technical glitches or bonus structures in bad faith.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, money laundering or criminal activity.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person without their knowledge or consent (proxy betting).
• Attempting to gain unfair advantage through arbitrage strategies specifically prohibited by current promotional terms.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing doan55 staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or copy any part of the Platform's software or systems.

doan55 is committed to operating in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements under the laws and regulations of its licensing jurisdiction. As a User, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all verification requests made by doan55.

• You may be required to provide a valid government-issued identity document. For Pakistani users, this typically means a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport.
• Proof of address documentation may be requested where required by the operator's compliance procedures.
• A selfie, liveness check or video verification may be required as part of the identity confirmation process.

• Use any doan55 trademarks, logos or brand elements in connection with any third-party product, service or website.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may also infringe applicable intellectual property laws. doan55 reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, doan55 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform or any of its Services.
• Any loss of funds resulting from bets or wagers placed on the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of Platform Services, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Technical failures, data transmission errors, system downtime or third-party service disruptions.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• The conduct of any third-party payment provider, game studio or data feed provider.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by mandatory applicable law.

doan55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The operator is required to do so by applicable law, regulation or a lawful authority request.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed.
• The User has failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period of request.
• The Account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with the operator's dormant account policy.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, doan55 reserves the right to withhold any bonus balances, winnings attributed to bonus funds or funds obtained through prohibited conduct. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach, any genuine cash balance will be returned to the User via a verified payment method following completion of KYC requirements.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited upon voluntary closure unless otherwise agreed with the operator.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction.
